I'm getting better

Its been a crazy weekend but I am starting to get excited about the many things that will be changing in 2009! Thats right 2009! I truly will try my hardest to at least update the blog once a week! Today I met with a lovely bride to be Marianne, I simply cannot wait for her wedding in June- its going to be stunning, fun and earthy, needless to say I am so excited! 

Tomorrow I will be packing for my trip to Ontario- where I will be picking up my New Canon EOS 5D and my new L lens the 70- 200 mm !! That will be an awesome day for me, as I try out my new camera and slowly make the switch to Canon- I have strictly been a Nikon Girl since I started the business.

After Christmas!

I'm self declaring that I think I am starting to improve at this whole blogging thing and today I have decided I actually enjoy it, although I will have to remember my word censoring! Today was really fun, we all slept in and waited till our friends Heather and Ian came out to the house for a visit, which really means that our husbands were planning on getting some gaming time in and we were going to go out and take some pictures of a ranch not too far away and a great little rustic barn we found in Wawanesa. As you can see I caught Heather a couple of times, thankfully most of the time she didn't know it, she just got a New Camera for Christmas- A Canon Rebel XSI, and she is in LOVE, so congrats Heather, I can't wait to be in that new Honeymooner stage when my New Canon arrives by USPS!! So happy thoughts so it will arrive sooner!

Introducing-the next engaged couple!

Meghan and Brandon, this is a couple that is sweet to the max and have eyes and so much love for each other- I will be doing their wedding this coming summer and I am just thrilled! They are great behind the camera and what a beautiful couple! Here are a few pictures from their enagagement session- it was -27 so we ended up getting these in the studio but they turned out great!

I know its been awhile

I apologize, I need to be on top of the blog, its been crazy- with Christmas fast approaching and many many sessions in the works I feel so blessed beyond belief and anxiously await the new year- I just know 2009 is going to be a great year!
