After Christmas!

I'm self declaring that I think I am starting to improve at this whole blogging thing and today I have decided I actually enjoy it, although I will have to remember my word censoring! Today was really fun, we all slept in and waited till our friends Heather and Ian came out to the house for a visit, which really means that our husbands were planning on getting some gaming time in and we were going to go out and take some pictures of a ranch not too far away and a great little rustic barn we found in Wawanesa. As you can see I caught Heather a couple of times, thankfully most of the time she didn't know it, she just got a New Camera for Christmas- A Canon Rebel XSI, and she is in LOVE, so congrats Heather, I can't wait to be in that new Honeymooner stage when my New Canon arrives by USPS!! So happy thoughts so it will arrive sooner!

Introducing-the next engaged couple!

Meghan and Brandon, this is a couple that is sweet to the max and have eyes and so much love for each other- I will be doing their wedding this coming summer and I am just thrilled! They are great behind the camera and what a beautiful couple! Here are a few pictures from their enagagement session- it was -27 so we ended up getting these in the studio but they turned out great!

I know its been awhile

I apologize, I need to be on top of the blog, its been crazy- with Christmas fast approaching and many many sessions in the works I feel so blessed beyond belief and anxiously await the new year- I just know 2009 is going to be a great year!

Sarah and Len's Wedding

Wedding August 23rd, 2008

This couple I was so priviledged to meet, they were fun, sweet inviting and so down to earth! They wanted their day to be about love , family and fun, with a bit of relaxation in there! I was hired to be their day of coordinator and I had alot of fun! The photographer in me couldnt help taking some shots when I wasnt preoccupied!

I love How they turned out!

The details in this wedding were beautiful and the burnt orange and chocolate decor really got everyone ready for fall! What a beautiful summer /pre fall wedding!

The couple were so happy and thoughtful, they smiled, laughed and had a lot of fun!

News

Today has been a little chaotic but nothing too new for us, my daughter is cutting in her first tooth so she is less than impressed needless to say! However I am thrilled that tomorrow I will be doing two shoots , both with great people that I know, two family shoots! I will keep you posted on how they turn out!

I'm booking into 2009 right now for some Winter and Summer Weddings! Exciting!

These are some nice shots of a photoshoot I did with two brothers ages 4 and 8. I loved working with berries as they add such a contrast to their tiny hands and the green grass.
